Gita D’Souza Kumar is an advocate for quality child care on behalf of working families. She also advocates for the education, training, and professional development of family child care providers. She is a Virginia state licensed Family Child Care Provider. Ms. Gita cares for children ages 3-12 years old. Her philosophy and practices are built on children’s education and the building of their lifelong learning skills. Education begins in the home and continues in the community and the classroom.
As a family day home and as family child care providers we are responsible for many tasks. However, the most important task is that of supervising all children entrusted in our care. Adequate supervision is necessary to keep your child safe. Our small group size along with making sure that your child can be seen and heard at all times ensures your child’s safety.
